Polenta Cooker

Making homemade polenta takes a lot of stirring to prevent lumps, thus causing arm fatigue and the inability to do anything else for the hour it takes to cook the polenta. My parents love to make it, but it just wasn't worth the work for just the two of them. So, I went online a few years ago while doing my Christmas shopping and found a polenta cooker in Italy. I corresponded with the company via email and had the polenta cooker in time for mailing to my parents for the holiday. The great thing about the polenta cooker is that it can be used for a variety of things that usually take constant stirring.

Here is the website you can go to for more information. This one costs about $146.00 plus shipping (I think it was about $15.00). Of course, it is a European appliance, so you will need to get a converter for it. I bought mine at a travel store for about $15.00.
