German Apple Pancakes

I like to make this on weekend mornings for a yummy breakfast.

Couple tablespoons of butter, melted
6 T applesauce
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
6 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
Sliced apple

Spread applesauce into an 8x12 or 9x13 pan. Mix milk, flour, eggs, salt and baking powder until frothy and pour into pan with melted butter. Set sliced apples on top and bake for 25 minutes at 425. Serve warm with syrup, applesauce, fruit, etc.

I made this tonight and it was wonderful!! We had it with breakfast sausage links and sliced oranges. It was a perfect dinner!! Super easy recipe and extremely fast!! Thanks Angie!!!
