This is a recipe from Everyday Health. The recipe is only for two servings, but can be easily calculated for more. I made this dish last night for eight servings.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup yogurt, low-fat plain*
1/3 cup cucumber, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper, diced
1 tablespoon mint, fresh, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
1/2 teaspoon (or 1 clove) garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 oz. beef, lean ground
Indian flat bread*
Preparation:
1. For sauce, in a small bowl, stir together yogurt and cucumber. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
2. In a medium bowl, combine onion, jalapeno pepper, mint, cumin, garlic, and salt. Add ground beef; mix well. Form mixture into two 3/4 inch thick patties.
3. Place patties on the rack of an uncovered grill* directly over medium coals. Grill for 14 to 18 minutes or until patties are done (160 F), turning once. If desired, serve the patties on flat bread. Spoon sauce over patties.
* I, of course, made some changes to the recipe. I don't particularly like yogurt, so I made the sauce with light sour cream. While I was at it, I also added some finely chopped mint leaves and curry powder to the sauce. I also used pitas instead of Indian flat bread. I cooked the patties in a pan instead of out on the grill. Finally, I added about a cup of fresh spinach to the top of the pita, then laid the patty on top of that with some of the sauce plopped on top. This added more greens to the menu and less fat over all (the pitas have far less fat than Indian flat bread).
