I really enjoy a Beaujolais, but I really never knew anything about them. There are so many more reds out there I have never heard of before. While shopping for our quarterly stock up of wines from Trader Joe's in California, this summer we purchased a few bottles of Maison Louis Jadot Beaujolais and the Beaujolais Villages Beaujolais. These wines are truly wonderful with a variety of meals, and are also wonderful by themselves.
