24 Boxes

I stumbled across a blog earlier this summer written by a woman in Illinois who joined a CSA (community supported agriculture). Each week she receives a box of fresh fruits and vegetables from a local organic farm, for 24 weeks total (hence the title). The blog she started documents her attempts at using the entire box of food for the week. She posts her recipes in pdf format once or twice a week - there have been some fabulous dishes over the past couple of months.
